Refund and Returns Policy
Returns
Skylabs accepts returns on all unopened items within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we deduct a restocking fee of 10% of the sales price of the item(s). Skylabs can provide a label and the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
With some exceptions listed below, Skylabs accepts returns on opened items within 30 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed. Items must be in original, new condition, include original contents, and original packaging. If the returned item does not match this criteria the return will be declined or a higher restocking fee may apply. Skylabs can provide a label and the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Skylabs Branded Merchandise Returns
Shirts and hoodies that haven’t been worn or laundered can be exchanged for a different size.
Record Returns
Opened records are non-refundable. Pressing defects should be directed to the record label.
Cartridge/Stylus Returns
Opened cartridge or stylus boxes are non-refundable.
Single Use Items
One-time use items like Cartridge alignment tools, record cleaner, stylus cleaner, stylus force gauges, record brushes, etc, are non-refundable.
HiFi Equipment Returns
Here's a quick checklist of everything we need to ensure your exchange or credit is processed as quickly as possible:
- Please write the RMA# number outside the shipping box (not the original product box).
- Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation and packaging materials.
- If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the double-boxed unit(s).
- The product should be packed in the original box with the UPC codes intact.
- Your package must arrive in resalable condition.
- If you are not using a Sklabs provided shipping label, please use a tracking and insured shipping method, such as FedEx or UPS. When returning a product, Skylabs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit and is not liable for uninsured packages.
- Note: Damaged, cosmetically dinged, or items missing original accessories may be subject to an additional restocking fee.
- Excessive equipment or accessory return requests may result in restocking fees or restriction of equipment purchases.
- One-time use items like Cartridge alignment tools, cleaning fluids, stylus force gauges, record brushes, computer software, etc, are non-refundable.
Damaged, Lost In Transit, or Not Delivered Shipment
The customer must file a claim with the shipping company (USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS), using the tracking number provided by Shopify, to start the remediation process.
Order Cancelation Policy
You can cancel your order at any time before shipment.
