The adjustable tonearm allows the use of different cartridges, with individual settings for tracking force and antiskating. The CS 429 comes equipped with an Ortofon 2M Red cartridge.

The statically balanced aluminum tonearm uses ball bearings and accurate spring-loaded anti-skating, with a removable headshell.

Vibration dampers in the housing decouple the tonearm and platter from external vibrations. Thanks to a precise optical speed control at the motor, the CS 429 also impresses in terms of sound. Experience perfect music enjoyment with Dual.

A precision-cut belt keeps wow and flutter low, and elastomer vibration absorbers inside the feet isolate the turntable from the surface it sits on.

Built to last

A precise aluminum die-cast platter with a heavy rubber mat for resonance damping runs on a hardened steel spindle in a brass bushing. The MDF plinth uses a subchassis construction with rubber dampers, and a removable dust cover protects your records.

RCA outputs let you connect to a phono input or a line input. The CS 429 is available in a Black or Walnut vinyl veneer finish.
