Play your SACDs, CDs, music from USB drives — as well as stream Bluetooth, Apple AirPlay, and NAS content — with the Shanling SCD1.3 SACD player. Equipped with a flagship AKM AK4499EX/AK4191 DAC system, SCD1.3 uses a precision-based volume control and MUSES8920 as the preamplifier section and can therefore be mated with power amplifiers or active speakers for a simple, go-to system. Advanced I2S support and on-board digital inputs also mean that you can hook SCD1.3 to a superior external DAC now or in the future. A dedicated FPGA circuit furthers its flexibility.
Premium SACD/CD Playback Excellence
On the disc side, SCD1.3's tray-style mechanism uses a MediaTek ME1389EE system in cooperation with an HD870 laser unit (produced in a former Sanyo factory) to render what's on your discs in smooth, warm, detailed fidelity — and project it with large, accurate soundstages. The dedicated FPGA circuit provides advanced digital signal processing and ensures maximum compatibility with external DACs.
